We are here to help you get results and keep you motivated. We always recommend using your one-hour free personal training session to show you how to use all of the equipment and for a certified personal trainer to write up an exercise program specifically for you to follow.
If you want to come in and just exercise on your own most of our members follow a pretty simple plan of a 5 to 10 minute warm up on a piece of cardio equipment (treadmill, bike, elliptical, rower or stair climber) after your warm up generally some resistance training exercises on the selectorized circuit equipment (resistance training helps with building strength, helps prevent osteoporosis and burns calories and fat as well) after you have used the resistance training equipment the workout usually is finished up with 15 to 20 minutes of cardio (again on a treadmill, bike, elliptical or stair climber) after this enjoy a smoothie, a tan and a massage and you will feel great the rest of the day!
